manage farm locations, browse listings, and exchange messages with other farmers.

- Technical data: basic logs required for security, diagnostics, and reliability.

6. Retention
Conversation messages are retained for 24 months after last activity in the conversation.
Other account, location, and listing data are retained as long as needed to provide the service,
comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
7. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing,
and request portability of your personal data, subject to legal limitations.

- Accountgegevens: inloggegevens en contactgegevens die je verstrekt.

- Listinggegevens: aanbod/vraag, mestsoort/toestand, hoeveelheid en stikstof/fosfaat-ranges.

- Listings en relevante locatiegegevens zijn zichtbaar voor geauthenticeerde boeren in de app.
- Gespreksinhoud is alleen zichtbaar voor deelnemers aan dat gesprek.

Wij gebruiken dienstverleners die namens ons gegevens kunnen verwerken, waaronder:
kaartdiensten, e-maildiensten, analyticsdiensten, foutmonitoringdiensten en cloud hosting/database diensten.
- Wij verkopen geen persoonsgegevens.
6. Bewaartermijnen
Berichten in conversaties worden 24 maanden bewaard na de laatste activiteit in de conversatie.
Overige account-, locatie- en listinggegevens bewaren wij zolang dat nodig is voor dienstverlening,
naleving van wettelijke verplichtingen, geschilafhandeling en handhaving van onze voorwaarden.
7. Jouw Rechten Onder de AVG
Als je in de EU/EER bent, kun je recht hebben op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking,
bezwaar en dataportabiliteit, binnen de grenzen van de wet.
Waar verwerking op toestemming berust, kun je die toestemming altijd intrekken.

8. Internationale Doorgifte
Als persoonsgegevens buiten de EU/EER worden doorgegeven, gebruiken wij passende waarborgen die de AVG vereist,

Wij treffen technische en organisatorische maatregelen om gegevens te beschermen tegen onbevoegde toegang,
verlies, misbruik en wijziging. Geen enkel systeem is volledig risicoloos, maar wij verbeteren onze maatregelen continu.
10. Kinderen
AgriShake is bedoeld voor professioneel gebruik in de landbouw en niet gericht op kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar.
Denk je dat een kind persoonsgegevens heeft verstrekt, neem dan contact op zodat wij passende maatregelen kunnen nemen.
